Buyer is lying to get a refund
I sold a Canon Rebel T7 camera in excellent condition and the buyer told me they want a refund because it doesn’t work. I added a photo on the eBay listing showing the camera working perfectly. It’s a newer camera and is in like new condition. I’ve read many Q&A on here and I am furious why eBay won’t protect a seller!! The buyer is obviously lying. I posted a tons of pics on the listing including one of it working. What sucks is eBay will force me to refund the money and they won’t pack it as nicely as I did, and it will probably be returned damaged and I’ll lose $350 as a result. Come on eBay!! You can do better than this!! And the eBay fees have gotten ridiculously high. I WISH we had better options of selling.
