Buyer is keeping item in their shopping cart and not purchasing
Has anyone had a similar experience? I have a few items where someone has put the item in their shopping cart, but leaving it there without purchasing them for over a week now. Is there a limit to how long someone can keep it in their cart? Can I reach out to the potential buyer to make an offer, or see what is holding up the purchase? I have other people watching the items, so I would like to keep them available for purchase.

An item in someone's cart is still available for purchase by any another buyer. Click on the link below to find out how to send offers. Good luck.

"If a buyer shows interest in your item (watching your item or adding it to their cart, for example), you can send them special offers individually or in bulk. If the buyer accepts, the item will continue to be available for purchase until the buyer successfully completes payment."
