Buyer is from Australia
I have an item that a s buyer from Australia is interested but when he tries to click Buy It Now, it say it can't accept buyers from Australia. How do i fix this? I have my item as Buy It Now.

OP3 years agoIt's a guitar. Maybe when I listed the item, I chose "USA Only" for shipping? But I don't see any button to edit that statement. Maybe I'll just re-list the item.

Mentor3 years ago@arbtrade eBay is opting all sellers into their new int'l shipping method. see if u got opted in, otherwise, here is the link for info> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/ebay-international-shipping-program?id=5348
and yes, if u don't have int'l shipping set up, cancel for problem with buyer's address, and re list with int'l shipping option, make sure the weight and dimensions are proper otherwise ur guitar may be rejected for weight/size discrepancy
