My customer is claiming that her box arrived with five sweaters 5 $60 Michael Simon sweaters that I put in that box myself personally four of which she purchased and one I gave her as a free freebie as a thank you and she's claiming that the box arrived ripped open keyword here the box arrived I shipped the box with all of her items in it tracking number provided so why should I have to pay should I have to pay for this I don't think that is right at all I didn't steal the sweaters.
