Buyer is claiming my Dyson Airwrap is fake?
Hey, so a couple of months ago, I sold a Dyson Airwrap. The buyer just messaged me, saying it stopped working and when they took it to the store, they were told it was a fake. I’m 99.9% sure it isn’t fake due to the serial number on the Airwrap, when you put it in on Dyson’s website, it’s registered as a real Airwrap. OP2 years agoNevermind, just got off the phone with Dyson who researched the serial number, it’s definitely not a fake and it was bought at one of their authorized retailers Sephora.
