Buyer is claiming I sent to wrong address
Hi, anyone have this issue? I sold an item, used ebays services to buy and print a label with an automatically generated shipping address. I shipped the box out, and it is marked "delivered" to the address that was generated on the label and now the buyer is saying that's not her address and wants her money back. Anyone know how to resolve this with ebay/ the buyer? Thanks!

Tell your buyer that you shipped to the address they provided to Ebay at the time of their payment.
If they file a Refund Request all you need to do is provide the tracking number & tracking information in response to the Ebay request.
