Buyer is claiming DOA on an item I sold. Purchase was made Feb 18 and buyer recently just now
reached out to me with the issue? How do I resolve this?

Mentor4 months agoThere is nothing that can be done through eBay since their money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. The buyer could still go to their payment source for a charge back for about 180 days from payment.

Mentor4 months ago@greenvyro_labs go the purchased/sold item and from the drop down menu next to it, click on 'send refund'

OP4 months agoI tried that already but even with the drop down (circle with the 3 dots) menu...the option of send refund is no longer there.

refunds can only go up to 90 days thru the send refund button
