Buyer is being told we don't ship internationally.

We have a buyer from the UK trying to purchase an item from us (USA) but is being told we do not ship internationally. We do and have. Our settings are correct and our listing is correct. What do I do?

If a buyer is unable to purchase a specific item, it is likely due to import restrictions imposed by their country. This happens often with vintage toys and dishes, as they do not meet current safety regulations.

If the item shows as not deliverable to their country, there is no thing you can do to change this.
