Buyer is asking for a refund a year after the purchase
Buyer purchased a record a year ago and private messaged me a day ago that they are unhappy with the purchase and would like a refund. Buyer is also posting on Facebook that I scared them. And giving links to the ebay items I have for sale. I'm curious as what to do.

·2 years agoIt sounds like you may need to simply ignore this buyer if they are posting about you on social media. Add them to your blocked buyer list and don't respond to the message.
Otherwise, If your return policy states "no returns", then you could let the buyer know that you do not accept returns, and even if you did, eBay's limit for returns expired a long time ago and there is no eBay mechanism to accept a return.
