·3 years agoRespond that the item is not the one you sold. Upload a photo. Kindly suggest that perhaps they purchased from another seller. Some sellers don't provide enough documentation in their packages to allow a buyer to find them again.
On the other hand, this could be that rare instance of a buyer trying to trade in their old defective item to get a newly purchased item for free. If it gets down to that, you can report the buyer here for abusing eBay's money back guarantee:
