BUYER IS A FRAUD
A buyer is claiming I sent a 20lb car part instead of a 2lb baby carrier. It is clear I sent the correct item proved by the shipping label and receipt having the exact weight total of the item as less than 2lbs. I don’t even know what to do. eBay won’t even remove their negative fraudulent review. Who do I contact? The police? This is insane. I sent a baby carrier.
