Buyer interested in my listings

Question

Hey there, recently i've had this one buyer who's been planning on buying more of my products, but they want a discount and combined shipping. How can i know for sure what items they are interested in? They said they "saved" the items, but i cannot be sure, because i have other watchers for other products. Thank you!

So the Buyer has purchased from you before?

Unless they give you the eBay item numbers or titles of what they want there is little you can do. But you can message them and let them know depending on how many items they purchase you will Combined shipping and refund the overage along with a discount, amount to be determined based on what is purcahsed.

You use the Offer feature which on a certain level makes the statement that your price is not your price. I never use Offers and set my price for BIN items or the starting Auction bid price at the lowest I will accept to cover my cost, eBay fees and most importantly my profit margin.
