Buyer insufficient/wrong address
The Buyer had a insufficient / wrong address. The auction was returned to me. What do I do now?

Mentor1 year agoGo to the sold transaction and click on CONTACT BUYER. Send the buyer a message that the package was returned for "insufficient address" and confirm the address that the package was sent to. If an apartment number was left out, or an error made, the buyer is responsible to pay to reship if s/he still wants the item. S/he can send the amount to reship to your Paypal email address, or you can send an Invoice to her Paypal email address from your Paypal account. Use Paypal to print the new shipping label.
If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund the item price only.
