Buyer indicates late delivery

Question

ebay has dinged 3 current sales. I used their shipping and within a day of purchase, all 3 were scanned by usps. All 3 were delivered a month to 6 weeks later! I had no control over that but they still refused to revert their decision on appeal.

-Are you talking about 3 INR claims filed by Buyers that you had to refund? If so eBay's new policy for Sellers who print their labels through eBay, if delivery is detected AFTER a Seller has refunded a Buyer on an INR claim eBay will reimburse the Seller in full for the transaction.

-Are you talking about the late shipping defect on your Seller Dashboard and you are appealing those defects? This Help page outlines when eBay will remove late shipping defects and if what you are saying is true the defects should have been removed. Appeal a defect or late shipment | eBay

Here is the part of the policy that seems like it would apply:

Late shipments can be reviewed and will be removed if:

Tracking was uploaded before the latest estimated delivery date and shows that the acceptance scan was within your stated handling time
Tracking was uploaded before the latest estimated delivery date and shows that the item was delivered to the buyerâ€™s address by this date. If the orderâ€™s total cost (total of item(s), shipping and any applicable tax) is $750 or more, signature confirmation is required
- In cases where there is an attempted delivery, we consider this "delivered" for the purposes of adjusting your late shipment rate
