buyer incorrect return request, item not damaged
Hello,
I am in vacation out of the country and cannot have ebay call me, and apparently there are no other ways to reach out the support. I received a return request that is incorrect. I do not want to accept the return but I have no options to do so. What should I do?

I'm sorry that happened.
1) Accept the return and issue the label
2) Block the Buyer https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
3) When the item is returned, inspect it
4) Report the buyer for misusing money back guarantee https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/reporting-issue-buyer?id=4084
5) Issue a refund
6) Appeal the case to eBay
