Buyer in Italy getting "Seller Does Not Ship to Italy" msg, but I do
I negotiated a price with a buyer in Italy. When they try to make their offer they get a message that says I the seller do not ship to Italy. I am enrolled in ebay's international shipping program and my settings allow Italian buyers. Can anyone help?

Various countries overseas have begun to issue safety and packaging regulations. These regulations can prevent items from being eligible to ship through eBay's International Shipping program. To quickly determine if this item is available to ship to Italy, go to the shipping details in that listing. Look at the long list of countries you ship to. If Italy is not on that list, that item is block by the international shipping program to go there.
You can still send the item directly to Italy, but you will lose most of your Seller protections.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. The only country listed under "Ships to" is the US, but Italy is not on the "Excludes" list. I am trying to sell sports cards, which seems like an unlikely item to be prohibited.
Given some of the things I have read, I am not comfortable shipping to Italy without eBay's protections.
