Buyer in China w/ no feedback

Question

I made a sale of an item and the buyer is in China. The buyer paid however I am nervous since their account has no feedback and was created about 9 months ago. Is there anything to look out for or be worried about?

It doesn't appear you are enrolled in the eIS program (you should be - it's a good program) and you only ship to the U.S.

Does the buyer's address show as a U.S. address - possibly a freight forwarder in Portland or similar?

You are only liable for delivery to the U.S. address, not anything that happens after that.

If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS), you would only need to ship the item to the eBay domestic hub. Then eBay would ship to your Buyer in China.

If any issues come up, eBay will handle them including return and refunds. I would ship as usual.
