Buyer in Canada - International Shipping
I am opted in to Ebay's Internation Shipping Program. My business policy for Free Shipping excludes - HI, Alaska and US territories but does allow for international shipping as I was assuming I would only be paying shipping to the US Hub for the internation shipping. Is this correct?
I received an offer today on an item that I have set as Free Shipping. When viewing the offer, I noticed that the item will be shipped to Canada. If this was being shipped under Ebay's International Shipping program, would I be seeing the HUB as the address the item is being shipped to or the final destination? I do not want to accept the offer if I am expected to cover shipping to Canada. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

Mentor1 year ago@cindmarti60 EIS is the ONLY way to ship to Canada right now. USPS is still not shipping there even though the strike has ended due to a back log. UPS and Fed are not an option because they charge buyers brokerage fees.
What is the item number or link to the listing? I can check to see if it says EIS for shipping to Canada. I am guessing it does since you said it shows Free Shipping which means it's going to a US location.

Mentor1 year agoThis is shipping with EIS. You have to log on with a computer to check to see how an international package is shipping. Then you click see details next to ground advantage and select Canada from the list of countries.
Here's a screen shot from your listing>
