Buyer in CA blocked from shipping

Question

I have a Buyer who said she worked to purchase and was told it didnâ€™t ship to CA. I can not get into the shipping area to check it because it is locked. The merch. is in two shopping carts. How can I fix the issue?

I assume it is the beverage coolers - that item shows shipping not specified. This means there is an error in your shipping info and no one is going to be able to buy it until it is corrected. Either the weight or dimensions are outside of what eBay can use to calculate shipping.

You can change the shipping once the open offers expire.
