Since the parcel with the track number 9405508205498230780XXX has not yet reached the old address, I ask you to request a USPS Package Intercept from the postal service and redirect the parcel to the new correct delivery address and recipient:

You are using a reshipper.

You need to contact the reshipper and let them know where you want the package shipped to. Your seller cannot do this, as you are the one with the contract for the reshipper.
