Buyer in another country
Item was listed as a rivet gun and the receiving warehouse won’t release it because the listing says gun and the invoice says gun. He mentioned changing the listing but the sale has been completed.

Mentor2 years agoIn the future, before printing out the label, I would remove the word "GUN" and replace it with TOOL. Are you using the ebay international shipping hub? Not sure what they will do with the item. Perhaps it will be returned to you.

OP2 years agoNot sure about the international shipping hub, I did see a Newark Delaware address in the shipping information.
