Buyer i think is a scam artist
He bid on an oven I'm selling, it clearly says pick up only, NO SHIPPING!
He had joined ebay the DAY BEFORE and has no feedback
I contacted him and got no response until an hour before end of auction. He then asked if I'll ship it and offered to pay for that but did not respond again after winning auction
He has not paid and it's been 4 days
I relisted it but want to leave him a feedback
I cannot see where I can leave him one anywhere on here
Please advise

Mentor2 years agoSince you are allowed to only leave positive feedback for a member, I'd advise not leaving any for this one.
If a buyer hasn't paid by day five, select the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the order using the reason that the buyer hasn't paid. The buyer will earn an unpaid item strike on his account. Two or more and his ability to buy will be limited or even ended.

Scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months. That will help to protect you from repeat offenders.
