Buyer having issue with accepting an offer

I sell sports cards and Have a buyer that is having an issue accepting an offer saying that I donâ€™t ship to his location, but he is in the US in New Jersey. I have never had this do I need to switch my shipping to international.

You have some listings where shipping is not specified; that will cause that error message.

See your items listed by price, then scroll down to the end of the list and note the listings that do not sort (because there is no shipping quote):
