Buyer hasn’t shipped the item for a return

How do you handle a return from a buyer after eBay has already refunded them but the buyer hasn’t returned the merchandise?

@kmccart5_73 . Just adding that I hope you have an honest buyer... You can buy a return shipping label from PIrateship.com and save it as JPG to send in eBay messages. If the buyer doesn't use the return label then PIrateship.com will refund you for it after 30 days.

Once the buyer has been refunded, there is no need to return the item. If you want the item back, you want until it is returned, and then you have 2 days to refund the buyer. You stated that ebay refunded the buyer. Is that because you refused to accept the return?
