Buyer hasn't received the item bc it's on it's way
I see Ebay approved a return request. The Buyer said she didn't like it. The main problem is; she didn't even receive the item yet bc it's 'still in transmit'. She also said it didn't fit. How is that possible, since the item is in transmit for the Buyer to make that determination that it didn't fit nor she didn't like it when she didn't receive it? Why do I have to refund this Buyer at all since my sizes are specific? The only way that the item won't fit is if the Buyer doesn't properly measure their project's material. TIA
