Buyer hasn't received sold item
I sold an item about 4 months ago and I've lost the order's info. The buyer (international) says they haven't received the item (I provided tracking number and everything when I sold it but I can't find that info now) and I don't know how to go about solving this issue.

·3 years agoEbays money back guarantee is only good for 30 days. But the buyer may go through they credit card company. If they do, you will need the tracking number.
