Buyer hasn’t received item

Question

So my buyer is in Guam and still hasn’t received the purchased item yet. The tracking says running behind but she wants a return thinking it’s lost. My question is if she contacts eBay and gets a refund what happens if the item gets delivered!? Will I get my money back? I told her I had the same situation with another order and the item was eventually delivered. I told her to give it more time.

If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, and it is past the last estimated delivery date, and you refund the buyer, and later tracking shows the item is delivered, ebay will refund you.
