Buyer hasn't picked up package from post office, about to get returned, what to do?
I've sold on eBay for nearly 24 years and this will be a first for me. I have an item I sold (to a P.O. box) that has been sitting at a post office for nearly 2 weeks and it geting shipped back to me in a few days as the seller hasn't picked it up. The buyer hasn't responded to messages or phone calls. If the item gets shipped back to me, what steps should I take first? Do I refund minus the shipping and fees or do I just wait for them to finally contact me sudmit a claim to ebay?

When the package arrives back, just refund the item price (not including the shipping if it was stated as a separate fee on the listing). Don't deduct fees - eBay covers that portion of the refund.
