My buyer has not yet picked up the item, purchased and paid for on 9/29, from the po box address I was given to ship to. The post office says it will return the item on 10/18. I have tried to contact the buyer. On Sunday I sent her a message through eBay reminding her to pick up the item. What am I, as the seller, obligated to do if the item gets returned because the buyer did not pick it up? I have had no contact from her.
