It sort of depends on how long you want to wait, unless you have automatic responses enabled. Check out the options at this eBay Help page. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137 Don't wait too long. The buyer knows he has to pay. I wouldn't wait longer than six days to cancel the transaction, which is giving the buyer an extra two, but that's me. When you do cancel after four days, be sure to choose "Buyer hasn't paid" as the reason.
