Buyer Hasn't Paid Import Fees
I'm a seller from Canada and about 20 days ago I sold an item to someone from the US. They were warned about having to pay an import fee due to Trump's tariffs. Right now, the item is stuck in a warehouse in the US since the buyer still hasn't paid. I have tried to contact them multiple times to see if they would like to pay the import fee so they can recieve their package or if not, would I be able to retract this order and get my item shipped back to me.

Mentor5 months agoIf the buyer does not pay the customs fees, I suspect the package will be returned to you. At that point, you can refund the item price only.

OP5 months agoOn the UPS site, the package tracking says its been at the warehouse since feb 26. How long would it take for the package to be returned to me?
