Buyer hasn't paid but I can't seem to file a non pay or even leave negative feedback
Why is that. I'm being scammed again someone has bid and won several items and cancelled the order or hasn't paid.
I can't seem to be able to file a non payer with you or even leave negative feedback even though they have done this before.
Can't do anything to these bums. But I guess it's because you are in California the woke world of freaks and fantasy.

Mentor3 years agoBuyers cannot cancel orders. They can request a cancellation but only you can cancel the order. If you've already cancelled the order, you can't cancel it again for non-payment. You can cancel orders for non-payment on the fifth day after purchase.
Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers and haven't been able to do so since spring of 2008.
When you have a problem buyer, you should add them to your blocked buyer list so they can't buy from you again. Do that here:

To protect yourself from repeat non-payers, scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months.
