Buyer hasn't paid and has not responded to any emails since she won the auction. Its been 4 days.
Buyer has not responded to any emails or invoices. I sent several. No response. No payment. I want to cancel this order but the reasons ebay gives for cancelling is not the problem. The buyer didnt pay and has not communicated at all and its been 4 days. Can I cancel?

Stop sending invoices, eBay does that for you.
They also send payment reminders.
4 days (96 hours) after your last invoice, you will be able to cancel the transaction for nonpayment. If you cancel before that, you will get a defect and forfeit your fees.
Be patient.
