Buyer hasnt paid

Question

Sold item on 3/2/23 and I have not received funds from buyer. Tried sending a payment reminder but have not heard back. What do you suggest? Thanks

On day 5, the option to cancel the transaction due to buyer non-payment will be available. That will earn the buyer an unpaid item strike. Two or more of those can limit his ability to buy in the future.
