Buyer hasnâ€™t paid

Question

Hi, a buyer hasnâ€™t paid or responded to my messages and itâ€™s been four days. What do I do? This hasnâ€™t happened to me before. Thank you.

After 4 days of non payment. on day 5 you can cancel the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
