Buyer has wrong address on file
I have a buyer who didn't get their item. Said I mailed it to the wrong address. I used eBay's shipping service - did not change the address. USPS listed the package as insufficient address - then return to sender. The package is now floating around the postal system. They buyer has filed a claim since they didn't get their package even though eBay had the wrong address on file.
I want to know if I'm covered by seller protection. I can not find anything on the eBay's automated help pages to address this and no way to contact them.
