Buyer has to pay additional payment to get package
I have a buyer saying they have to pay additional shipping fees to be able to pick up package from USPS office. What is the reason for this?

You may have entered the wrong package size or weight. You may have used flat rate packaging for a weight-based shipment. You may have used a non-flat rate box but chose a flat rate shipping option. You may have shipped in a Priority Mail carton for a Ground Advantage price.
Ask the buyer to send you a photo of the sticker on the package that describes the problem and the amount due so that you can forward him the money. You can do that through PayPal, if you both have PayPal accounts (you'll need the buyer's PayPal email address to do so), or Venmo or other similar service.
