Buyer has second address
the buyer has bought an expensive item. The shipping is over $100 big box and tells me please send it to this address. The address on my account is old. The buyer has had their account since 2017 only one follower around 200 and something good positive reviews. What do I do

First, determine if the different address was provided by the real buyer. Some thieves will send you a message to try to trick you into sending the item to them instead of the buyer. Check that the username is exactly the same. If it is a thief trying to steal the item, ignore the message. On second thought, don't ignore it . . . report the essobee: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/report-issue-buyer?id=4084
If the different address was requested by the real buyer, you have to do what eastlaneave said. If you ship to an address that's different from the address that came with the payment, you'll lose your seller protections, scant as they are to start with.

You need to ship it to the address you got with the order
OR
1) Cancel the sale for 'problem with buyer's address'
2) Relist the item
3) Invite the buyer to purchase again and enter the correct address at checkout.
Don't ship to an address sent to you by private message.
