Mentor1 year agoSorry, but the only way to do this is cancel the transaction (problem with buyer's address) and have the buyer repurchase, providing the correct address at checkout. This is the only way to keep your seller protection because you are required to ship to the address provided by the buyer. Explain this to the buyer. @jonathanbrightlight is 100% correct.

·1 year agoNever change the address from the one shown on the order (that does not have to be an address registered to the buyer's account, they can input any address at checkout, but you must ship to whatever address is provided to you by eBay and no other address).
If you got a message from a user asking you to change the shipping address for a recent sale, FIRST check that the message actually came from your buyer. If it is from a different user account, report the message and ignore it, and ship to the address on the order.
If it is from your buyer, let them know you can cancel the order and let them repurchase the item with the correct address.
