Buyer has received item but I didn’t upload tracking
I didn’t realize I had to upload the tracking number to the site. The buyer had confirmed they received the item but doesn’t have anywhere to confirm for eBay. I threw away the receipt because they said they had it. Now what do I do to release the funds?

All you can do is mark it shipped. Only the tracking can mark an item received or delivered.
You will have to wait longer for your payout - up to 30 days.
In the future, consider buying your shipping label through eBay - you get a good discount compared to paying at the PO, and the tracking is automatically loaded into your order. If you don’t have a printer, you can get the label as a QR code which your PO can use to print the label for you.
