buyer has problem with suspected scam
I purchased an item that was surprisingly shipped without tracking. I did not know it would not be tracked or I never would have bought it. It is past the time expected for delivery.
The seller has left ebay.
When I look at my records it says "This listing has been removed for a policy violation."
So it seems like a scam and I cannot find any way to actually contact eBay for the guaranteed refund.

Customer Service has promptly issued me a refund as they reached the same conclusion I did.
Good to know somebody has my back!
