What to do when the buyer hasnâ€™t paid. Itâ€™s been 5 days on a $500 purchase. Heâ€™s outside the U.S. I asked him twice for updates on when he intends to pay. No response.

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
