buyer has not returned the item
Hello, I am the seller for order 25-14551-06776. A refund of €155.19 was deducted, but the buyer has not returned the item. Please review the return case and confirm whether the buyer is required to send the item back, and whether the refund can be reversed if no return is received.

Mentor4 months agoOnce the refund has been issued, the buyer is no longer required to return the item.
If a seller wants the item returned, they wait to receive the returned item before issuing the refund.
