Buyer has not responded to my emails for 4 days. Item 76383763989
I sold this item: Vintage GI Joe Action Figure Accessories Collectible.

The buyer has not responded to my email for four days, and I sent him a USPS with tracking postage.
Tracking USPS: 9434630109355108489567.
If I don't get a response by next week Ebay needs to refund me for my item that was shipped.
Could you please contact Buy and have him send the package back to me?

Mentor8 months agoIf you refunded the buyer, there is no reason to expect the item back. When it comes to refunding, you should always wait until you receive the item back. Sorry, but there is nothing to do. The return is closed.

Did the buyer pay before you shipped?
Why do you need to communicate with buyer?

OP8 months agoI refunded the buyer back in DEC25 and the buyer has not returned the item. I can't get a hold of ebay customer service for nothing. Ebay says they closed this item. What do I do to get my item returned back to me and the buyer won't communicate with me via messages.
