Buyer has not received shipment of 2 items
I shipped out from Hawaii a large heavy box of two figurines to buyer and tracking shows that it was supposed to be delivered 12/8 today by 8 pm but buyer still has not received it and tracking does not show it was delivered. She is asking for a full refund but what if it arrives in the next few days?

Mentor2 years agoI would reply to the buyer to please give it a few more days in case there is a delay for some reason, since it is just an estimated delivery date, and if you do not receive it by mm/dd, you will fully refund.
