Buyer has not received return label - where can I find a replacement?
The title pretty much says it all, a refund has been issued and we were both told that a return label would be issued, but it's not arrived.

·8 months agoOnce a refund has been sent, it’s no longer possible to send a return label, and if the refund is sent before the item is sent back, the buyer is no longer required to return it.
