Buyer has not received package.
I sent a package to a buyer on time, via USPS, with tracking. Buyer has not received package. Package seems to be stuck in his local post office. Buyer demands refund. Ebay doesn't seem to have my back on this even though I followed all their shipping requirements.

The Buyer may be on vacation and before they left they filled out a form at the Post Office to hold their mail until they return.
If they file a claim that they did not receive their item just upload the tracking number to the claim, you will be protected.

Mentor11 months agoeBay is following their rules. You are responsible for the package until the package is delivered. Since the package has not been delivered eBay will back the buyer. Unfortunately, at the present time if you refund the buyer and the package is then delivered there is nothing that eBay can do to get your money back. Starting in October if this happens eBay will repay you the refund you gave to the buyer.
