Buyer Has Not Received Item

Question

I shipped a pair of shoes on August 31 and the buyer still has not received them. The USPS tracking just says item on its way to next destination. What do I do?

If you go to the Order Details for this transaction, you should see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, the Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request. If they do that, it's critical that you enter the tracking number into that request.

If tracking shows the item is still in transit, eBay should extend the refund request by 10 days.
