Mentor2 years ago@rgtunlimited If they have filed a refund request for item not received then you will need to issue a refund unless tracking shows delivery to the buyer.
You can then file a postal insurance claim to get your money back. eBay labels come with $100 insurance except for Media Mail which is not insured.
