Buyer has not paid after 6 days and does not respond to messages. Having issues cancelling the order
Had a new buyer win 5 auctions and not pay and they have not responded to my messages. I tried to cancel the order today (day 6 after the auctions ended) and under the drop down for "What's your reason for cancelling" the only 3 option I get are "out of stock or damaged" "Buyer asked to cancel" and "Issue with buyer's shipping address" but there is no "buyer hasn't paid" option so I'm confused on what to do to cancel the order. Any help would be appreciated
